69. Entry

I must admit this is a lovely ship, though after being aboard the Nautilus most vessels pale in comparison. Why a ship of all things? Surely the deities are not attempting to be kind?

[ooc; Also not mentally affected, but has no clue what will happen to the ship since 1920s have not happened for her yet.]

Ah, Madame Mina. I do hope you are not averse to water.

This ship was called unsinkable and proved everyone wrong.

A scare tactic on the City's part? Or mass murder?

Hn. The precedence is that the City returns lives lost during a curse.

I would say scare tactic.

What's the Nautilus? Another ship?

Wow, you know Captain Nemo?! I thought that was just a story!

...Oh, wait, look where I am. Never mind. Ha! I keep forgetting stories are often real here.

I believe you. Sometimes authors sort of miss out on a lot of things when they're writing stories, I think!

I think they just try to make it more interesting so it sells better, honestly.

Oh, they've written books about you?

[identity profile] mildlyreckless.livejournal.com 2008-04-14 11:38 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, wow, you must have a very interesting life!

I would imagine you were already informed about the vessel's fate.
