Now this rather brings back memories. Skinner? Dorian? Would you agree? I cannot say they are wholly pleasant memories all things considered.



[ooc; The whole Venice thing? Mina is not amused. In fact she is quite pissed since that is where Dorian's true colors were shown. ^^;]

I find it more than a little unsettling, myself. At least this time around the water is rising and the city isn't sinking.

Settled enough. Haven't exactly established a permanent place of abode, but roving about has always suited me far better. And feels downright the best choice, given the real estate situation that's, if you pardon the expression, arising.

Well currently this is one of the setting curses happening. Everything should be back to normal by midnight. I can't say I shall be sorry to see this reminder go away.

That does not surprise me in the least. He was always a selfish man. I should have known better than to believe him when he said he was trying to change.

The general sentiment is the same. Though that doesn't always apply or none of us would ever put forth the effort that we did.

In the end, Dorian was the only one of us who stayed completely selfish.

Which, okay, maybe in the case of Hyde, but I was a perfect gentleman long before I saved anyone's life.

Mr. Hyde's willingness to help was quite surprising. Even the monster has more honor then Dorian. Though at least Hyde can say he was truthful about his nature from the beginning.

I was not speaking in the realm of manners but in the willingness to sacrifice ourselves for a cause greater then ourselves. Not all of us had Quatermain's reputation.

Oi, I made it very clear I was a gentleman thief. Just because you lot decided that being invisible meant I wasn't trustworthy, well... that's not my fault, now, is it?

Yes and we all remembered the thief part when things started turning up missing. However I do apologize for thinking you were the traitor. Since I do not think I have ever said it outright before.
